Volunteer Office Assistant

The City of Cotati is seeking a volunteer Office Assistant to assist with general office work and reception duties at City Hall.

Duties may include:

  • Processing incoming/outgoing mail
  • City Council Chamber preparation for City Council meetings
  • Scanning and indexing documents
  • Copying and Filing documents
  • Answering telephones
  • Greeting the public/answering questions

Applications will be accepted until the City appoints a volunteer.
