Planning Commission

The Planning Commission meets the first and third Monday of each month at 7:00 pm at Cotati City Hall in the Council Chambers. The Planning Commission administers and implements land use policies established pursuant to the Cotati Municipal Code. Each Planning Commissioner is appointed by one Councilmember for a term coinciding with the term of the Councilmember making the appointment. All of the members are required to be residents of Cotati who are registered voters.
