Minutes for the Special Meeting of the City Council

CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Orchard.
ROLL CALL
Councilmembers present: Orchard, Kurvers, Fox, Gilardi
Councilmember absent: Berkemeier (abstaining because of a conflict of interest: he owns property within 500' of the proposed project)
Staff present: Shaddox, Woltering, Nebb
APPROVAL OF COTATI CO-HOUSING SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT AND FINAL MAP
Assistant City Attorney Nebb gave a staff report and responded to questions from Council.
There was no public comment.
It was moved by Kurvers, seconded by Gilardi, to approve the Subdivision Agreement and Final Map for the Cotati Co-Housing Project.
Yes: 4 No: 0 Absent: 1 (Berkemeier)
