2.     Take action to either (a) adopt Ordinance to Restrict Retail Business Uses in Cotati or (b) adopt Resolution No. 04-57 Calling and Giving Notice of the Holding of a General Municipal Election to be Held November 2, 2004 and Requesting the Board of Supervisors of the County of Sonoma to Conduct Said Election; and Authorizing the City Clerk or Her Duly Authorized Officers and Agents to Carry Out All the Necessary Procedures for Said Election Submitting to the Voters an Election for an Initiative Measure to Restrict Retail Business Uses in Cotati

3.     Consideration and possible action appointing persons to write argument against initiative to restrict retail business uses in Cotati
