Second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 736 Amending the Zoning Ordinance to allow the City Council to waive the requirement for an indoor recreation facility in Planned Unit Developments if the project is within a Specific Plan area and the Specific Plan provides for adequate recreation facilities

2. Second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 737 Amending Ordinance No. 708 and Adopting Revisions to the Santero Way Specific Plan

3. Second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 738 Rezoning 4.01 Acres Located on Santero Way, Approximately 600 Feet South of East Cotati Avenue, from Light Industrial (M-1) to R-3:PUD (High Density Residential, Planned Unit Development)
